What this resource handles

The public preparation form uses service, broad area and record-availability answers to generate an administrative readiness packet. No property name, street address, file upload or payment is required. The released evidence remains public and source-qualified. Unsupported and unknown amounts stay unknown.

The connected ChatGPT plugin accepts bounded preparation fields and public claim or source identifiers. Sites supplies a trusted site-scoped authenticated user ID at its hosting boundary. This application checks for that identity on tool calls and resource reads. It does not substitute a separate sign-in flow or expose another user's connected applications.

Storage and platform services

The static form and self-contained readiness card do not implement private document storage. Their downloadable packets are generated for the visitor. This does not describe the retention practices of ChatGPT, Sites hosting, browser software or a separately connected application. Platform hosting may process requests, connection identity and operational logs under its own terms and privacy information.

The application emits broad request counts containing a UTC day, public route, HTTP status, channel and referral category. Its measurement records contain no raw IP address, request body, form answers, account identifier, URL query or full referrer. Referral markers can be spoofed and are not verified visitors. A crawl, referral, citation and connected tool call are different observations. A public site does not guarantee inclusion or ranking in an AI answer.

Supported preparation and limits

The tools prepare checklists, resolve published area context, inspect source qualifications and display readiness cards. They do not make engineering diagnoses or legal determinations, ingest private reports, select providers, book work or process payments. Regional planning guidance is not a property quote or a measured local fee distribution.

Support

For a connection problem, open the existing plugin in ChatGPT, check its connection state, and retry a supported read-only request. A missing card may require a fresh conversation after a tool update. For source or scope questions, inspect the linked methodology and its qualifications.

Report a connection or content issue to the Site owner at dev@nova3.ai. Include the public page or tool name and the error message. Do not email private reports, owner information, passwords or other sensitive data. No response time or automated ticket system is promised.
