Prepare a CAM handover and board packet
Make the known facts, missing information and next decisions easy to carry forward.
Use a short decision packet
Include the selected service/task, supplied readiness answers, unresolved records, relevant planning context, scope questions and source edition. Label supplied answers separately from verified evidence. The local readiness tool can print or export its bounded public-input record; fuller association records stay in approved local systems.
Questions to carry forward
- What decision is being requested?
- Which documents are available, missing or unverified?
- Who owns each unanswered question?
Keep evidence attached
Preserve the exact public source links, review date and edition with the packet. The versioned public data repository mirrors the same evidence; it is not a second independent price source. A public-record search that returns nothing does not prove noncompliance.
Leave a usable handover
Record the next action, responsible role and the information needed to complete it. Keep prior assumptions and later corrections visible. This worksheet does not issue a safety, legal-compliance or quote-fairness verdict.
Questions to carry forward
- What can the next CAM continue without repeating research?
- Which question requires a qualified professional or authority?
- What source or scope change would require a new packet?
Resolve travel, occupied access and repeat visits
Before comparing professional fees, ask how site travel, occupied-unit access, common-area access and return visits are handled. Keep owner names, precise addresses, access codes and schedules in the association’s authorized systems; this public tool needs none of them. These are scope questions, not new collected fields or priced add-ons.
Questions to carry forward
- Is travel included, separately charged or limited to a stated service area?
- Who arranges occupied-unit access and what happens when a location is unavailable?
- Are lift/scaffold access, weather delays, repeat visits and reinspection included?
- Which inaccessible elements and assumptions will appear in the report?
